• What kind of spaces would employees be able to book?

  As of today, employees can book desks or private offices that fit up to 10 people.

• How many spaces do you have in your network?

  We have around 30 spaces in our network and adding more spaces month over month.

• How do you determine how many credits my organization needs?

  The number of credits is directly proportional to the number of employees you have and how often your employees would want to have access to different workspaces. Based on this, we'll help you come up with a reasonable amount of credits that would work for you.

• How much is one credit?

  One credit equals $1.

• Do you only operate in Toronto and surrounding areas?

  At the moment, yes.

• Is there an onboarding fee?

  Yes, there's an onboarding fee (1-time) as we need to set up your private label workspace app.

• What other service fees are there?

  There is an onboarding fee (1-time), a yearly app maintenance fee, and a per-user fee. We will come with a detailed pricing package plan based on our initial consultation.
